Our hardworking team of textile experts and optimized and seamless recycling and spinning processes have enabled us to efficiently transform post-industrial garment waste into exquisite yarns tailored to meet the distinct needs of our customers looking for sustainable and eco-friendly solutions.
Our advanced cotton rags recycling machinery enables us to efficiently convert pre-consumer garment cutting waste into usable fibres with a production capacity of 500 tons per month. Tirumalai Textiles production facility has the capacity to produce 600 tons of recycled yarns month-on-month. Our in-house R&D work closely with our quality analysts, employing rigid quality control measures to ensure that yarns produced at our facility have exceptional colour depth and adhere to domestic and international regulations, delivering only the best products to our customers.
