Regenerated Coloured Yarns
Recycling is an efficient way to discard post-industrial garment waste and at Tirumalai Textiles we initiate the process with the collection of post-industrial garment waste, which is sorted by colour and each colour sent to our dedicated yarn recycling units where it's converted into fibre.
After the waste fibres are cleaned, they undergo blending and carding and are drawn into a sliver. These sliver fibers are then mixed with polyester and spun into yarn. Tirumalai Textiles is a trusted manufacturer of recycled coloured yarn. We take pride in using 100% recycled fibres in the manufacturing process without including water.

Our regenerated knit yarns are suitable for circular, flat or jacquard knitting machines and can be used to craft a diverse range of fabrics like single jersey, fleece, French terry, pique, rib, and interlock fabrics and are ideal for manufacturing leisurewear garments, t-shirts, sweatshirts, leggings, etc.

Weaving yarns at Tirumalai Textiles are eco-friendly, made from 100% recycled garment waste and available in various low-impact cotton blends, in a wide range of over 42 colour shades, including coarse and fine counts and in single-ply and double-ply options.
Our weaving yarns are suitable for running on traditional and modern high-speed looms like Sulzer, Rapier, Power and Hand Loom and are ideal for the production of home textiles, denim, shirts and suits.
